I am thrilled to introduce an innovative AI tool I developed as part of my studies. This project originated from a challenge to identify a daily issue that technology could address. Drawing from my experience as an Acting Associate Dean (AAD), I focused on simplifying the interpretation of faculty collective agreements for new managers and coordinators.
The tool, built using my burgeoning programming skills in Python, leverages an AI model trained with our publicly available collective agreement. It aids managers in decision-making by generating relevant responses to their queries.
It is still work in progress as training the model will require significant use of the tool and time.
